Auto-Nudge

Auto-Nudge automatically reminds teams about stale issues, so you don’t have to chase updates manually.

Manual Nudging

Click Nudge in the Armada panel to:

1. See a list of stale issues
2. Select which issues to nudge
3. Send reminder comments

The comment is added to each selected issue, notifying assignees.

Scheduled Auto-Nudge

Enable scheduled nudging to automate reminders:

1. Open Settings in the Armada panel
2. Enable Auto-Nudge
3. Configure:
   • Days idle: How long before an issue is stale (1-30)
   • Batch size: Max issues per run (1-20)

Armada runs daily and nudges the oldest stale issues first.

Nudge Message

The default nudge message includes:

• Reference to the parent campaign
• Request for status update
• Link back to the parent issue

Best Practices

1. Start gentle: Begin with 7 days idle threshold
2. Small batches: Use 5-10 issues per batch
3. Monitor reactions: Adjust based on team feedback
